About Silo
SILO was born from a simple observation: in Paris, the existing offerings didn’t meet a specific need, a practice that is demanding, complementary, and above all, integrated into a broader experience beyond just the class. From the very beginning, the project was envisioned as a complete space, with special attention to design, materials, and details to support a consistent premium positioning.
At the heart of the concept lies a key choice: integrating a café into the studio. Not as an afterthought, but as a core element of the space, designed to extend the experience, foster connections, and create a truly dynamic community.
We spoke with Alix, co-founder, about her entrepreneurial journey and how she and her team used bsport to support the project.

Why choose bsport
Before opening, the team compared several options on the market. What made the difference wasn’t just a list of features. SILO was looking for a tool that could support a frictionless launch, and above all, a reliable working relationship over time.
During the demo, the platform appeared comprehensive, but one point weighed heavily in the decision: the quality of interactions and the availability of support. For a studio in launch phase, the ability to move quickly with clear answers is a true source of peace of mind.
The real highlight is the availability and quality of the interactions.
Know your market, then learn to adapt quickly
Opening a studio isn’t just about having a good idea. You need to understand the local reality, the neighborhood’s expectations, habits, and alternatives. Then you must be able to pivot, adjust, and stay clear-headed when on-the-ground realities force you to change pace or priorities.
How bsport supported SILO from the start
Early implementation for a smoother opening
SILO deployed bsport about a month before opening, with a clear goal: not to improvise the fundamentals at the last minute. This preparation helped structure the organization before real customer flow arrived and enabled sales to start at the right time.
Specifically, SILO opened registration about two weeks before the official launch, following a controlled rollout rather than a last-minute “go live.”
Support that saves time when everything moves fast
During the opening phase, decisions follow one another and unexpected events are constant. In this context, SILO values one thing above all: being able to move forward with an available contact and efficient communication. This is not just a comfort—it’s essential for maintaining operational clarity and protecting the member experience from day one.
The demo was convincing, but it was really the quality of exchanges with support that sealed the decision.
bsport’s strengths in developing a brand
A coherent experience, designed to scale without fragmentation
SILO is building a premium brand and knows that consistency matters as much as the product. The challenge isn’t just “filling the schedule” but maintaining a smooth experience from the first purchase to every return visit.
Thanks to bsport, the team can manage both classes and coffee shop orders in a simple, clear structure. Scheduling, resource access, and sales tracking are centralized, allowing the team to focus on welcoming members and delivering high-quality service.
Structured team management from day one
From the launch, SILO had to organize a team of 5–6 full-time coaches. Today, they have 9. In a premium studio, teaching quality is central, but it also relies on smooth backstage organization.
Clear scheduling, simplified access for coaches, a replacement tool, and visibility over their classes: the platform allowed the team to be structured without complicating daily operations. Onboarding of new instructors and staff was completed quickly.

As the team grows, the structure must stay simple. This is what allows the member experience to remain consistent.
Onboarding was straightforward, making day-to-day operations easier for the team.
The future of SILO
SILO is already looking ahead: continuing to develop its brand and community. The ambition is clear: to create a lasting project in the neighborhood and make the studio a true hub of life.
If you want to structure your launch, streamline your daily operations, and protect your members’ experience from day one, book a bsport demo and discover how we can help you grow with more consistency and less friction.
